Helmets by PS Composites are now available!  The construction is solid.  Kevlar and fiberglass shell lined with Mincel makes for a fine fitting lid. Nylon webbing and side release buckle. Stainless steel hardware too.  You select the model and the colors and we will do the rest.  Your helmet will be built in the same process as the kayaks, so you will have the same color choices. Your helmet’s outfiting will be sized according to your head circumference. Measure around your head just above the ears to get your measurement.  This will help you identify the styles that might fit you.

Alpaca.  Full length ridge from front to back, flared sides, back and a visor. Quite a different combination of features on one head cover.  Fits head sizes from 21" to 24".

CD Round.  Smooth round lid offering great coverage without looking klunky.  Fits head sizes from 21" to 24".

Hard Rock.  A cross between German military and Darth Vader helmets. It offers a shorter brim than the military with a longer, straighter flare which creates more resistance to catching water.  Fits head sizes from 21" to 24".

Monitor.  Triple ridge which runs from a point in the front to a distinct spread in the back, creating a unique look.  Fits head sizes from 21" to 24".

Hoser.  This version of the fireman's helmet has a very wide brim that offers good weather protection. It fits best on round heads as opposed to longer heads. Fits head sizes from 21" to 24"

Each helmet is $125 plus shipping. Fit kit available for $10. Liners $35.  Turn around generally 2-5 weeks.  Order one when you order your boat, they will ship together.  Stock lids are available too. Contact us for availability.
